Execute the following Microsoft SQL Server Transact-SQL (T-SQL) script in Management Studio (SSMS) Query Editor, SQLCMD or other client software
to generate a schema, object, & column
multi-level report:
use AdventureWorks
go

s.[name] as 'Schema',
o.[name] as 'Table',
c.[name] as 'Column'
from
sys.objects o
join
sys.columns c
on o.object_id = c.object_id
join
sys.schemas s
on o.schema_id = s.schema_id
